摘  要:某黄铜三通接头在打压试验进行20天后产生裂纹。经过宏观及微观检验,结果表明,三通接头化学成分、显微组织及低倍组织均符合相关标准规定。由于接头内螺纹表面附着含S元素介质,断口显示沿晶断裂特征,本文从黄铜双空位机制脱锌腐蚀角度探讨了导致三通接头产生应力腐蚀开裂的原因。Cracks were found on brass tee coupling after pressurizing test for 20 days. The cause for cracks was analyzed by means of macro and micro examinations. The results showed that macrostructure,microstructure and chemical composition of tee coupling all met the specifications. There was sulfur element on internal thread surface and intergranular fracture was its fracture character. This paper discussed the cause for stress corrosion cracking of tee coupling from the perspective of dezincification corrosion with divacancy mechanism of brass.
