中药熏洗联合舒筋活血祛痛膏贴敷治疗跗间关节骨关节炎临床观察

摘　　要：目的:观察中药熏洗联合舒筋活血祛痛膏贴敷治疗跗间关节骨关节炎的疗效。方法:将68例跗间关节骨关节炎患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,每组34例。治疗组采用中药熏洗联合膏药贴敷,2周为1个疗程;对照组采用单纯局部注射醋酸泼尼松龙,4周为1个疗程。2组均治疗2个疗程,观察2组临床疗效及不良反应。结果:治疗组治愈12例,显效16例,有效3例,无效3例,总有效率为91.18%;对照组治愈10例,显效14例,有效8例,无效2例,总有效率为94.12%。2组比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。2组均无明显不良反应。结论:中药熏洗联合舒筋活血祛痛膏贴敷治疗跗间关节骨关节炎具有一定的疗效,且治疗时间较短,值得临床上推广应用。Objective：To observe the efficacy of herbal fumigation and washing combined with Shujin Huoxue Qutong Gao（ 舒筋活血祛痛膏 ）Sticking in the treatment of intertarsal joint osteoarthritis.Metbods： 68 cases of intertarsal joint osteoarthritis were randomly divided into a treatment group and a control group, 34 cases in each.Patients in the treatment group were treated by Chinese herbal fumigation and washing combined with piaster sticking,2 weeks for a course of treatment;while patients in the control group were treated by local injection of prednisolone acetate,4 weeks for a course of treatment.Both groups were treated for 2 courses of treatment, and the clinical efficacy and adverse reactions were observed.Results：In the treatment group,12 cases were cured, 16 cases were markedly effective,3 cases were effective,and 3 cases were ineffective,the total effective rate being 91.18%.In the control group,10 cases were cured,14 cases were markedly effective,8 cases were effective,and 2 cases were ineffective,the total effective rate being 94.12%.There was no significant difference between the two groups （ P 〉 0.05 ） .There was no significant adverse reaction in the two groups.Conclusion：Chinese herbal fumigation and washing combined with Shujin Huoxue Qutong Gao Sticking has certain curative effect in the treatment of intertarsal joint osteoarthritis with short treatment time,worthy of popularization and application.
