耳穴埋豆联合情志护理对强直性脊柱炎急性期患者疼痛的影响

摘　　要：目的:探讨耳穴埋豆联合情志护理对强直性脊柱炎急性期患者疼痛的影响。方法:将80例强直性脊柱炎急性期患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,每组40例。2组患者在入院后均给予常规治疗及护理,治疗组在此基础上给予耳穴埋豆及情志护理。2组均以20 d为1个疗程。观察2组患者治疗前后疼痛改善程度及临床疗效。结果:经临床治疗与护理后,治疗组疼痛改善程度及临床疗效均优于对照组,2组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:耳穴埋豆联合情志护理治疗急性期强直性脊柱炎,方法简便易行,并能有效减轻急性期疼痛,提高疗效。Objective：To investigate the effect of Auricular Acupoint Pressing （ AAP ） combined with emotional nursing on the pain in patients with ankylosing spondylitis in the acute stage.Methods：80 cases with ankylosing spondylitis in the acute stage were randomly divided into a treatment group and a control group,40 cases in each.Patients in the two groups were given routine treatment and care,while the treatment group was also given AAP and emotional nursing.They were treated for 20 days as a 1 course.Pain and clinical curative effect of the 2 groups were observed before and after treatment.Results：After treatment,pain relief and clinical efficacy in the treatment group were more obvious than those in the control group,and the difference between them was statistically significant （ P 〈 0.05 ） .Conclusion：Treating ankylosing spondylitis by AAP combined with emotional nursing is simple and convenient,and can effectively relieve the pain in the acute period to improve the curative effect.
