煤矿组织安全行为结构分析与实证研究

摘　　要：为探究煤矿组织安全行为的组成结构,对北京某煤矿的员工进行问卷调查。用层次聚类分析法,对调查问卷中的观测项进行聚类分析,得出组织安全行为结构包含的8个影响因素,即安全法规遵守、安全事故管理、安全文化建设、安全教育培训、安全监督检查、安全责任落实、应急救援管理、安全资金投入。在此基础上,建立组织安全行为结构方程模型(SEM)。用统计分析方法(AMOS17.0)对其进行验证。结果显示:8个影响因素与组织安全行为都有较强的相关性,同时安全资金投入与安全文化建设、安全教育培训、安全监督检查、应急救援管理均有一定的关联。In order to explore the structure of coal mine organizational safety behavior,an investigation was carried out into employees with a certain coal mine in Beijing. Observation items in the questionnaire were clustered. Eight factors affecting structure of the organizational safety behavior were obtained including safety regulation,accident management,safety culture construction,safety education training,safety supervision and inspection,safety responsibility implementation,emergency rescue management and safety investment. On this basis,an SEM model was built for the organizational safety behavior. The statistical analysis method（ AMOS17. 0） was used to verify the SEM. The results show that there is a high correlation between 8 factors and organizational safety behavior,and that there is a correlation between safety investment and safety culture,safety education training,safety supervision and inspection,and emergency rescue management.
