摘 要:针对一些煤矿中的倒锥形的矿井回风扩散塔,基于倒锥形扩散塔的矿井,进行回风热能利用方式及技术的研究,对矿井回风热能提取装置进行优化。采用理论分析,计算和工程实践相结合的方法,得出以下成果和创新:针对矿井倒锥形扩散塔形式,开发倒锥形扩散塔回风热能利用工艺,实现倒锥形扩散塔矿井回风热能的有效利用,拓展矿井回风热能利用范围;针对昼夜环境温差变化特点,研究适宜大昼夜温差条件的蓄能系统,实现白天余热储存,夜间强化供暖,满足夜间供热需求及井筒防冻。在某矿风井建立基于倒锥形扩散塔的矿井回风低温废热回收供井筒防冻示范工程,验证系统实施运行效果。The using approach and the recycling technology of return air heat energy of coal mine are studied on the base of inverted conical diffuser. As a result, the extraction device for return air heat energy is optimized. The following achievements and innovations can be obtained based on theoretical analysis, numerical methods and engineering application. Utilizing technology of return air energy is developed based on the inverted conical diffuser of coal mine. Consequently, the return air heat energy used more efficiently and the use of heat energy can be spreaded widely. Based on the feature of day and night temperature difference, the energy storage system that can adapt to the great temperature difference is researched. The energy storage system can conserve heat energy during the daytime and supply heating at night to meet the needs of heat supplying and well-shaft antifreeze. The coal mine return air heat energy based on the inverted conical diffuser is built in a coal mine air shaft and the operation effect of system is verified.
