益肾汤治疗原发性肾病综合征的临床研究

摘　　要：目的:观察益肾汤治疗原发性肾病综合征的临床疗效。方法:32例原发性肾病综合征(肾脏病理符合肾小球微小病变),中医辨证属气阴两虚证,随机分为观察组与对照组,观察组使用益肾汤联合足量激素,对照组以足量激素治疗,两组均辅以补钙等一般治疗,观察时间为3个月。结果:两组检验指标显著缓解,组间检验指标治疗后无显著差异。结论:观察组治疗后症状积分显著下降,组间治疗后症状积分比较具有显著差异。Objective：To study the Yishen-Decoction in the treatment of primary nephrotic syndrome. Methods ：32 primary nephrotic syndrome cases（renal pathology is minimal change disease）,with syndrome differentiation of traditional Chinese medicine belongs to＂Deficiency of both Qi and Yin＂type,randomly divided into 2 groups（the treatment group and the control group）.The treatment group was treated with Yishen Decoction Combined with sufficient glucocorticoid,the control group was treated with sufficient glucocorticoid.In additionthe,two groups were treated with general treatment,such as calcium.The observation lasted for 3 months. Results ：The test indexes of both two groups were significantly alleviated,without significant difference between two groups after treatment.Conclusion ：The treatment group after treatment,symptom scores were significantly decreased compared with before treatment,with statistically difference compared with that of the control group.
