小针刀联合中药熏洗治疗慢性肛裂临床观察

摘　　要：目的:探讨小针刀联合中药熏洗治疗慢性肛裂的疗效。方法:将慢性肛裂患者100例随机分为两组,观察组(50例)以小针刀联合中药熏洗治疗,对照组(50例)以肛裂侧切术治疗,比较两组疗效、手术时间、术后疼痛、术后愈合时间。结果:两组患者在总疗效方面无明显差异,但在手术时间、术后疼痛、术后愈合时间等方面差异明显,观察组优于对照组。结论:小针刀联合中药熏洗治疗慢性肛裂具有损伤小、痛苦小、恢复快、缩短住院时间、安全有效等优点,值得推广。Objective：To observe the difference on the treatment of chronic anal fissure between the small needle knife combined with herbal fumigation and the lateral incision。Methods：Patients with chronic anal fissure were randomly divided into two groups,the treatment group（60cases）with small needle knife combined with herbal fumigation,he control group（60 cases）using lateral fissure,then study the difference betweenthe two groups in curative effect,operative time,postoperative pain intensity,postoperative healingtime。Results：No significant difference between the two groups of patientsin the general effect,but in the operative time,postoperative pain,postoperative healing time and other aspects the two obvious differences,the treatment group than the control group。 Conclusion：The small needle knife combined with fumigation to treat chronic anal fissurewith less injury,less pain,rapid recovery,shorten the time of hospitalization,safe ineffectand other advantages,and is worthy of popularization and application。
