摘 要:目的:研究不同提取方法对滇黄芩总黄酮提取率的影响。方法:以滇黄芩总黄酮得率、干膏得率为指标,对煎煮法、乙醇回流提取法、纤维素酶-磷酸缓冲水溶液提取法、乙醇超声提取法、纤维素酶-乙醇超声提取法进行研究分析。结果:考察五种提取方法对考察指标的影响,计算综合评价指标Y值,Y值的大小顺序为纤维素酶-乙醇超声提取法>乙醇超声提取法>煎煮法>乙醇回流提取法>纤维素酶-磷酸缓冲水溶液提取法。结论:滇黄芩总黄酮的提取方法以纤维素酶-乙醇超声提取法为佳。Objective To research the extraction rate of different extraction of total flavonoids from Scutellaria amoena. Methods To optimize the extract technology of flovonoids for Scutellaria amoena, five methods such as water extraction, ethanol extraction, cel- lulose enzyme - phosphate buffer solution extraction, ethanol ultrasonic extraction method, cellulose enzyme - ethanol ultrasonic ex- traction method, were useed to extract flavonoids for Scutellaria amoena, also were compared and analyzed the flavonoids by adopting the total content of flavonoids and the yield of dry extract as markers. Results The comprehensive values Y ranked in the order of cellu- lose enzyme - ethanol ultrasonic extraction, ethanol ultrasonic extraction, water extraction, ethanol extraction, Cellulose enzyme - phosphate buffer solution extraction. Conclusion The optimal method to extract flavonoids for Scutellaria arrwena is Cellulose enzyme - ethanol ultrasonic extraction.
