摘　　要：2015年是依法治企持续推进的一年。一方面,依法治国愈加深入到市场与企业的每一个角落;另一方面,经济下行和机制、体制改革深入推进的风险不仅以个案形势传导到企业面前,也成为法律人面对的挑战。由此,如何破解发展难题,厚植发展优势已成为企业与法律人的共同命题一带一路战略确定、亚投行成立、依法治国持续推进、国有企业改革、金融改革、反腐败 近年来政经大势的频繁变革,给中国企业法务工作带来新的挑战。It is a year that continues to promote the idea of 'running enterprises according to law ' in 2015. On the one hand, this idea is more likely to cover the every corner of market and enterprises; on the other hand, the further promoting the risk of economy's downturn and reforming of the mechanism and system are not only faced by companies, but also can be the challenges to legal person. Thus, how to solve these developing problems, rooting development advantages, which has become the common proposition of enterprises and the legal person.
