历代医案应用玉屏风散调体治病探微

摘　　要：通过对玉屏风散的古代应用经验及现代研究成果进行总结,运用其组方结构的分析和药理研究的成果,对玉屏风散的临床效用进行归纳。结合体质现象的基本情况及中医体质学体病相关的基本原理,进一步说明疾病的发生与转归与体质条件密切相关。从六种偏颇体质的发病倾向入手,在历代医案中选取有关运用玉屏风散调体治病的经典医案,探讨玉屏风散调体治病的基本思想。结合玉屏风散对六种偏颇体质的综合调整作用,分析其在六种偏颇体质(气虚质、阴虚质、阳虚质、痰湿质、血瘀质、特禀质)相关疾病治疗中的运用规律,对提高玉屏风散调体治病的效果及拓展其临床应用具有积极意义。Clinical effects of Yupingfeng powders were summed up on the base of traditional experience and modern research results about the prescription and pharmacology. It is stated that the occurrence of a disease and its development are closely related to the patient＇s physical constitution by combining the basic constitution＇s characteristic and the theory of constitution related to disease. Classic cases about Yupingfeng powders used under the theory of regulating constitution were selected from various ancient cases based on tendency to disease,and were analyzed from the perspective of Yupingfeng powders＇ effect and the thought of regulating constitution. This article aims to analyze the clinical application rule of Yupingfeng powders on patients with six types of physical constitution（ type qi deficiency,type yin deficiency,type yang deficiency,type phlegm-damp,type blood stasis,type specificity） combining its comprehensive effect. It is positive significance to improve the effect of Yupingfeng powders and expand its clinical application.
