疏血通注射液治疗冠心病不稳定型心绞痛

摘　　要：目的探讨疏血通注射液治疗冠心病不稳定型心绞痛的临床疗效。方法选取我院心内科收治的冠心病不稳定型心绞痛患者100例,采用随机数字表随机分为2组,每组各50例,其中对照组给予常规西药治疗。实验组则在对照组的基础上应用疏血通注射液治疗。治疗后,观察并比较2组患者的临床疗效,心电图疗效,血液流变学情况以及血脂情况。结果经治疗后,2组患者临床症状有所改善,实验组患者治疗后总有效率为84.0%,对照组临床总有效率为72.0%,实验组有效率优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);经治疗后,2组患者心电图情况、血液流变学、血脂的比较显示,2组患者均有所好转,且实验组改善优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论疏血通注射液具有活血化瘀,凉血通络的功效,治疗不稳定型心绞痛的机制可能与其能够增加心脏的冠脉血流,改善微循环有关。Objective To investigate the ShuXieTong injection treatment of unstable angina pectoris of coronary artery disease clinical research. Methods The 100 cases were selected with unstable angina pectoris of coronary heart disease patient and randomly divided into two groups each group of 50 people. Control group were given conventional treatment of medicine. Experiment group were applied in the control group on the basis of Shu Xie Tong injection treatment. After treatment,observe and compare the clinical efficacy of two groups of patients,electrocardiogram curative effect,hemorheology and blood lipids. Results After treatment,two groups of patients with clinical symptoms were good,the experimental group patients after treatment the total effective rate was 84%. Control group clinical total effective rate was 72%,the experimental group efficient is better than that of control group,and the difference was statistically significant（ P〈0. 05）; After treatment,two groups of patients＇ electrocardiogram,blood rheology,blood fat,according to the comparison of two groups of patients were improved,and the experimental group improved better than that of control group,the difference was statistically significant（ P〈0. 05）. Conclusion Shuxuetong injection with blood stasis,cooling blood and dredging collaterals. The mechanism of treatment of unstable angina may be related to the increase of coronary blood flow and microcirculation.
