平行双钢板内固定治疗肱骨髁间骨折疗效分析

摘　　要：目的:探讨平行双钢板内固定治疗肱骨髁间骨折的临床疗效。方法:收集2012年6月-2014年3月笔者所在医院收治的肱骨踝间骨折120例患者的临床资料。按照随机数字表法将患者均分为试验组和对照组,各60例。试验组患者采取双重建钢板手术内固定治疗,对照组患者采取克氏针内固定治疗。观察两组患者手术时间、骨折愈合时间、肘关节活动范围及肘关节功能改善情况。结果:试验组患者手术时间长于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);试验组患者骨折愈合时间短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。试验组患者肘关节活动范围优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。试验组患者肘关节功能改善优良率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:平行双钢板内固定治疗肱骨髁间骨折临床疗效较好,尽管手术时间较长,但患者骨折愈合时间短,肘关节活动范围较好,功能改善良好,值得临床推广应用。Objective：To explore the clinical effect of intercondylar fractures of humerus by double steel plate internal fixation.Method：Clinical data of 120 patients with intercondylar fractures of humerus in our hospital from June 2012 to March 2014 were collected.According to the random number table method,they were randomly divided into the experimental group and the control group,60 cases in each group. The experimental group were treated by double steel plate internal fixation, the control group were treated by Kirschner wire fixation.The time of operation, fracture healing time, elbow range, elbow joint function improvement were compared of the two groups.Result：The time of operation in the experimental group was longer than that in the control group（P〈0.05）;the fracture healing time in the experimental group was better than the control group（P〈0.05）;the elbow range for the experimental group was better than that in the control group（P〈0.05）;the elbow joint function improvement in the experiment group was better than that in the control group（P〈0.05）.Conclusion：Parallel double plate internal fixation for treatment of humeral condylar fracture has good clinical effect,although the operation time is long,but the fracture healing time is short,the range of elbow joint is good,the function is good,it is worthy of clinical application.
