循环系统症状为主要表现的双硫仑样反应临床分析

摘　　要：目的:探讨使用头孢菌素类等药物与酒精相互作用导致的以循环系统症状为主要表现的双硫仑样反应及其救治方法。方法:对2010年1月-2015年4月笔者所在医院收治的72例双硫仑样患者的临床资料进行回顾性分析,总结临床表现、诊治体会。结果:引起双硫仑样反应的药物有头孢菌素、咪唑类等,双硫仑样反应多为用药后饮酒所致,循环系统主要表现有胸闷、心悸、气促及呼吸困难,部分患者有低血压、胸痛等,并可有心律失常、心肌缺血等心电图改变。结论:双硫仑样反应,可主要以循环系统表现为主,表现复杂且较危重,经积极治疗大多预后良好。Objective：To discuss the interaction of the Cephalosporins with alcohol result in symptoms mainly in circulatory system disulfiram-like reaction and the ways of treat and cure.Method：The experience of clinical manifestation,diagnosis and treatment of 72 patients who had clinical disulfiram-like reaction in our hospital from January 2010 to April 2015 were retrospectively reviewed.Result：The medicines caused disulfiram-like reaction include Cephalosporins,Imidazoles.Concomitant ingestion of alcohol could cause disulfiram-like reaction.Circulatory system symptoms often include chest distress,palpitation,shortness of breath and dyspnea,some patients even had hypotension,chest pain,arrhythmia,myocardial ischemia and ECG alteration.Conclusion：Disulfiram-like reaction major happens in circulatory system and can behavior complicated and critically.But most of the prognosis have a good recovery after the active treatment.
