摘 要:由于航天工业领域对数字样机的定义和认识不统一,造成的数字样机技术应用推广进展缓慢、不同单位对数字样机的管理方法和水平参差不齐、基于数字样机的跨单位协同研制工作开展困难等问题。以航天运载器产品为对象,结合产品研制现状及系统工程模式,从产品研制进程和数字样机应用目的两个维度,提出一种航天产品数字样机的定义和分类方案。以运载器产品研制进程为主线,将数字样机定义为一级、二级、三级和四级样机,按照应用目的的区别,将研制数字样机分为功能、性能和构造样机,一方面规范航天产品数字样机技术状态管理,另外可提高数字样机产品的研制水平。As the acquaintance and definition of digital mock-up( DMU) among different institutes in aerospace industry,the application of digital technology is limited,the managing method and standard are jagged among different departments and collaborative product development is hard to implement. This paper analyzes the current situation of aerospace vehicle development and the engineering system development pattern and presents a concept of aerospace DMU,including its definition and classification from two dimensions which are the development process and application. Along the main line of aerospace vehicle product development process,the aerospace vehicle DMU is divided into four levels. According to the different applications,the aerospace vehicle DMU is defined as function DMU,performance DMU and structure DMU. This definition and classification method can improve the normative management of DMU technical condition and raise the level of collaborative development.
