摘 要:为了优化相位式激光测距系统的双频源设计,提高测距精度,采用Simulink工具箱建立相位式激光双频(低频和高频)测距系统模型,采用全相位快速傅里叶变换鉴相算法来计算激光束往返被测目标的总相位差,计算出粗测距离和精测距离,再通过数据衔接算法来得到精确测量距离。仿真研究了加窗函数和白噪声对相位测量精度的影响。仿真结果表明:汉宁(Hanning)加窗函数对噪声信号的抑制效果最好,信噪比与测相精度成正比,在高信噪比下,100m测距范围的测距误差小于±2 mm,为相位式激光测距系统电路设计提供了理论依据。In order to optimize the dual frequency source design of phase laser ranging system and improve the measurement accuracy,the phase laser dual frequency( low and high frequency) ranging system model was established adopting Simulink toolbox. The total phase difference of the laser beam to and from the measured target was calculated using phase algorithm on all phase Fast Fourier Transform to calculate the coarse and fine measured distance,and then to obtain accurate measured distance by the means of data connection algorithm. The simulating study on the effects of window function and white noise on the phase measured accuracy was carried out. The simulation results show that the Hanning window function has the best inhibitory effect on the noise signal,and the signal noise ratio is proportional to the phase measurement accuracy. At high signal noise ratio,the ranging errors of 100 m range is less than ± 2 mm,which provides a theoretical basis for laser ranging system circuit design.
