摘 要:在空间通信信号传输优化的研究中,飞行器以高超声速在临近空间巡航时产生等离子鞘套,严重影响通信信号传输性能。当前通用C波段在等离子体中衰减较大,太赫兹波段传输性能也仍需进一步优化。为解决以上问题,依据NASA实验数据,建立一个电子密度为高斯分布的非均匀等离子鞘套模型,使用有限时域差分法(FDTD)分析C波段与太赫兹波段在非均匀等离子鞘套中的传输特性,研究电子密度分布陡峭程度和峰值点的变化对其传输性能的影响。仿真结果表明,电子密度峰值点移动会使电磁波透射率与衰减值在等离子鞘套总厚度的中点处出现拐点,增加电磁波频率有利于电磁波穿透等离子鞘套,电子密度分布陡峭程度减小有利于通信电磁波传输,为提升飞行器临近空间通信信号的传输性能提供了参考。Aircraft cruise in near space with hypersonic will create plasma sheath and influence communication signals transmission,the attenuation of popular C-band is large,and the propagation properties of terahertz also need to be optimized. Aiming at the problem above,and combined with the data provide by NASA,a non-uniform plasma sheath with Gauss electron density distribution model was established,the propagation properties of electromagnetic wave in a non-uniform plasma sheath were analyzed with finite difference time domain( FDTD) method,and the influence of the plasma sheath with different peak points and steepness on propagation properties were studied. The simulation results show that,there is a inflection point of the transmission and attenuation value of the electromagnetic waves in the plasma sheath when the peek point gets the midpoint of the total thickness,the increases of the C-band and the terahertz band electromagnetic wave frequency are beneficial to the electromagnetic wave to penetrate the plasma sheath,the decrease of the electron density steepness is beneficial to the transmission of electromagnetic wave,and the results provide some references for improving transmission performance.
