摘　　要：随着社会的进步,推动城市的发展同时兼顾环保,电动自行车、自行车的数量也跟着机动车数量一起增加,为了非机动车的监管,采用GSM数字蜂窝移动通信网的短消息服务,设计了一种低成本,易使用的GPS车载定位装置,实现了GPS位置的接收与发送。根据实际测试,该装置具有方便快捷,成本低,便于使用的特点,达到了设计要求。With the progress of society, to promote the development of the city at the same time taking into account environmental protection, the number of electric bicycle, bicycle also increases along with motor vehicle number, in this paper, application of short message service of GSM digital cellular mobile communications network, design a kind of low cost,easy to use GPS vehicle positioning devices, realize the GPS location of the sending and receiving.
