军校学员新训期应激后成长状况分析

摘　　要：目的探讨军校学员新训期应激后成长状况,为部队院校有针对性开展新训期心理教育,促进新学员心理成长提供依据和指导。方法以创伤后成长量表(posttraumatic growth inventory,PTGI)为研究工具,施测于457名军校新训学员,对其心理成长状况进行分析。结果(1)457名被试PTGI 21个条目的平均得分为(3.24±0.78)分,绝大部分条目平均得分在3分以上,其中成长程度在"中等(3分)"与"较大(4分)"之间。6个得分最高的条目分别集中在人际关系、新的可能、个人力量三个维度。(2)除新的可能这一维度,地本学员PTGI总分及各维度得分均高于战本学员,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。(3)除欣赏生活这一维度,自愿报考军校组学员PTGI总分及各维度得分均显著高于非自愿组学员(P<0.05)。结论新训学员普遍觉知到心理成长,主要表现在人际关系、发现生活新的可能、个人力量的增强等方面。地本学员、自愿报考军校的学员新训期应激后成长更多。Objective To explore characteristics of posttraumatic growth in military cadets after recruit training, to provide guidance for military college performing psychological education during new-trained period and promoting psychological growth of cadets. Methods 457 military cadets were assessed by using posttraumatie growth inventory （PTGI）, and their psychological growth status were analyzed. Results （1） PTGI 21 items＇ average score of 457 cadets was （3.24 ± 0.78） points, and the score of most items were above 3, which implied the growth degree were between ＂middle change＂ （3 points） and ＂more change＂ （4 points）. The 6 highest scoring items were focused on the dimensions of interpersonal relationship, new possibilities of life, personal strength. （2） PTGI total score and each dimension scores of cadets from senior high school were higher than those from troops except for new possibility dimension, the differences were statistically significant （P〈0.05）. （3） PTGI total score and each dimension scores of cadets who entered military college voluntarily were significantly higher than those who didn＇ t, except for appreciation life dimension （P〈0.05）. Conclusions Most new recruit cadets are consciously aware of psychological growth after new- trained period, especially in dimensions of interpersonal relationship, discover new possibilities of life, enhancement of personal strength, etc. Cadets from senior high school get more growth as well as those who entered military college of their own will.
