摘　　要：目的分析循证护理在脑梗死伴发高血压患者中的应用效果。方法将74例脑梗死伴发高血压患者按照护理方式不同分为观察组和对照组各37例,分别给予循证护理和常规护理。结果观察组血压控制优于对照组,护理后NIHSS评分低于对照组,生活质量较对照组高,P<0.05。结论对脑梗死伴发高血压患者采取循证护理,可促进患者有效恢复。Objective To analyze the evidence-based nursing in hypertensive patients associated with cerebral infarction. Methods 74 patients with cerebral infarction in patients with hypertension were divided into observation group and control group according to nursing methods, 37 cases were treated with evidence-based care and 37 cases were treated with routine care. Results The blood pressure control in observation group was better than the control group, nursing NIHSS score was lower than the control group, quality of life was higher than the control group, P〈0.05. Conclusion The cerebral infarction in patients with hypertension associated and receiving evidence-based care can effectively promote patient recovery.
