通络救脑注射液对Aβ_(25-35)所致AD大鼠记忆功能的保护作用

摘　　要：目的观察通络救脑注射液对Aβ_(25-35)所致AD大鼠记忆功能的保护作用及作用机制。方法取健康SD大鼠,随机分为假手术组、模型组、通络救脑注射液组(80、40、20mg/kg),每组12只。大鼠海马CA1区注射Aβ_(25-35)制备老年痴呆模型,造模后连续给药28d,Morris水迷宫法进行定位航行试验,同时测定大鼠大脑皮层组织匀浆ChAT、AChE的活性变化。结果通络救脑注射液组可以缩短AD大鼠寻找站台时间,同时能升高ChAT活性,降低AChE活性。结论通络救脑注射液可以改善Aβ_(25-35)所致AD大鼠学习记忆障碍,其作用可能与调节中枢神经递质ChAT、AChE活性有关。Objective To investigate the effects of Tongluo Jiunao injection on memory and learning ability in AD rats induced by Aβ25-35. Methods Healthy SD rats were randomly divided into five groups, including sham, model group, TLJN injection group（80,40,20 mg/kg）. Models were prepared by injection of Aβ25-35 on Hippocampus CA1 region.After operation,rats were treated with TLJN or saline, respectively.Morris maze test and the activity of AChE and Ch AT were measured to evaluate the effects. Results Tongluo Jiunao injection can shorten the time to find the platform, and can increase the Ch AT level and decrease the AChE activity. Conclusion Tongluo Jiunao injection can improve the learning and memeory ability, which might be related with regulating the activity of AChE and ChAT.
