摘 要:随着电子商务的崛起,物流业得到快速发展,全球包装材料的需求稳步增长。现今由于人们环保意识的日益增强,箱纸板作为可再生绿色环保材料,代替了部分塑料、金属和玻璃等包装材料,成为更理想的包装选择。目前铜版纸、白卡纸、新闻纸均已产能过剩,而箱纸板的市场需求相对较高,因此投建箱纸板生产线是目前大势所趋。本文简要介绍年产45万t箱纸板生产线的方案设计,该纸机配套国外先进的技术设备。With the rising of e-commerce, the logistics industry has developed rapidly and the demand of packaging materials has been increasing. Nowadays, the case-board as renewable material instead of part of the packaging materials such as plastic, metal and glass, becoming a more ideal packaging material along with the enhancement of the people's awareness of environmental protection. The coated paper, white cardboard and newsprint have excessed capacity, but the case-board market demand is relatively high, so a large number ofcase-board production line will berequired .'Ihis paper briefly introduces the scheme design of 450 000 tons of boxes of cardboard production line, the paper machine supported by the foreign advanced technology and equipment.
