摘  要:利用漆酶结合没食子酸月桂酯体系(L/LG)处理旧瓦楞纸箱(OCC)纸浆,初步探讨了该处理体系对纸页施胶度、强度性能以及疏水性的影响。结果表明:相对未处理的OCC纸浆,经L/LG处理后,纸页的施胶度提高30倍,湿/干环压强度和湿/干抗张强度可分别提高约30.8%和37.2%,静态接触角从20.0°提高至122.5°,可勃(Cobb)值降低了69.1%,改性纤维的保水值下降17.5%,纸页的疏水性得到明显改善。The old corrugated container (OCC) pulp was treated by laccase with lauryl gallate (L/LG). The sizing degree, strength properties and hydrophobicity ofpapersheet from treated OCC pulp were preliminarily discussed. The results showed that, compared to the untreated sample, the sizing degree of treated pulp increased by 30 times after L/LG treatment. The wet/dry ring crush strength and the wet/dry tensile strength increased by 30.8% and 37.2%, respectively. The static contact angle increased from 20.0° to 122.5°and the Cobb value decreased by 69.1%. The water retention value of modified fiber decreased by 17.5%. The hydrophobicity properties of papersheet were significantly enhanced.
