摘 要:针对编织防扭钢丝绳的结构特点,应用微分几何相关理论,推导出编织防扭钢丝绳钢丝的空间曲线参数方程,利用软件建立了编织防扭钢丝绳的三维几何实体模型;通过适当的网格划分得到了编织防扭钢丝绳的有限元模型,对钢丝绳施加约束与载荷后,进行数值模拟计算;分析数值模拟结果,揭示出绳股沿绳轴线方向及在绳股横截面内的应力及变形分布规律;对比摩擦因数取不同值时的计算结果,得出了摩擦因数对绳股应力及变形的影响规律。Applying the differential geometry theory and principle of coordinate transformation,the spatial curve parametric equations were derived. An geometric entity model of the anti-twist braided wire rope was established using the three-dimension software. The finite element model of the anti-twist braided wire rope can be acquired by appropriate meshing operation. The boundary conditions are set after loading the constraints and the mass force, and the numerical simulation of the strand stresses deformation was conducted. Then the distribution laws of strand stress distribution and axial deformation in axis dire- ction in its cross section were obtained. Friction coefficients were set as different parameters to obtain the influence law of friction coefficients on strand stresses deformation. The calculation results of strand with five different pitch were analyzed and the influence law of pitch on the strand was obtained.
