摘 要:回转台是掘进机的重要组成部分,承受着复杂多变的载荷作用,是掘进机设计的关键部件;截割头横摆工作时,截割阻力与截割部自身重力的叠加是导致回转台断裂的重要原因;基于截割头破岩理论,利用"纵轴式掘进机截割头辅助设计及载荷计算软件"得到了截割头性能最佳的设计参数并模拟出掘进机载荷图谱;建立掘进机刚柔耦合模型,通过动态仿真发现了回转台设计的薄弱区域,并对其进行结构优化,优化后回转台受力均匀,工作可靠,可满足使用要求。Rotary table is an important part of roadheader, it bears complex and changeable loads, so it is the key component of roadheader' s design. When the cutting head horizontal swing, the superposition between cutting resistance and cutting unit gravity is an important reason which caused the fracture of rotary table. Based on the theory of rock breaking of cutting head, found the optimal performance design parameters and simulated the load spectra of roadheader by using the roadheader' s aided design and load calculation software of cutting head. The rigid-flex coupled model of roadheader has been established and the weak areas of the rotary table has been found by dynamic simulation, then optimizing the structure of the rotary table, the force of the optimized rotary table is uniform, and it can work reliably and meet the requirements.
