小鼠阴道内注入高分子聚合物HFMC的避孕实验研究

摘　　要：高分子聚合物HFMC是一种良好的组织相容性材料,作者用5％HFMC一次性注入小鼠阴道0.8ml,通过交配实验,观察其避孕效果。结果表明:小鼠应用HFMC后可延迟自然复孕至分娩时间112～118天,与对照组30天相比,差异十分显著(P<0.001);人工复孕的分娩时间与对照组相比,无显著性差异(P>0.05)。A vaginal spermicide of high molecularcopolymer, ethyl methacrylate-methacrylicacid-hydroxyethyl methacrylate (HFMC),was introduced through a small tube intothe mouse's vagina and made to adhere toit's wall, causing a pH alteration in thevaginal environment. Matching experimentsshowed that the sperms were killed or/andlost their mobility and vitality owing to theinfertile acidic environment. The fertilitycould be restored when the HFMC dissolvedgradually.But the delivering time was de-layed for about 112-118 days versus thecontrol (P<0.001). The fertility could also be restoredartificially by flushing out the copolymerwith solvent DMSO.In this case the deli-vering time was consistent with the control(P>0.05).
