摘  要:文中介绍了滤速和滤层厚度对滤池过滤性能的影响。通过对煤砂双层滤料厚度进行优化,对比分析了不同滤速和厚度条件下煤砂滤池对水中浊度和颗粒物的去除范围和效果。结果表明,在同一级配条件下,滤速越大,滤池的过滤周期会相对缩短;在低滤速下砂滤层越厚,出水浊度稳定性越高,颗粒物的截留效果越好,颗粒穿透的时间相应延后,水头损失增长率降低;而高滤速下无烟煤层越厚,过滤效果越好。这对实际生产中滤池的运行具有一定的指导意义。In this paper, the influence of filtration velocity and layer depth on the performance of filter was introduced. By optimizing the depth of anthracite-sand dual media filter, the removal scope and effect of turbidity and particle of anthracite-sand filter in different velocities with different depths were analyzed. The results show that, on the same condition of gradation, comparatively shorter filtration cycle complied higher velocity, better stability of effluent turbidity and effect of particle interception can be achieved with thicker sand layer under lower velocities, particle penetration time can be postponed and head loss rate declined, while under higher velocities, the thicker anthracite layer is, the better filtration effect can be obtained. This has a good guidance on the practical operation of filters.
