摘  要:简述了气相光气化法生产有机异氰酸酯的生产工艺及技术发展状况。着重介绍了气相光气化反应技术的三个关键环节:胺汽化、光气化反应及终止反应。得出了高效的膜汽化器、微管式结合的反应器及利于后续提纯的骤冷方式,在今后的技术中具备较大的发展空间。最后,阐述了近几年气相光气化技术在国内外的发展趋势,国外技术相对较成熟,更多关注节能降耗,国内技术研究开发不足。旨在为国内企业的研发提供一定的参考。This paper describes briefly the production technology and the situation of technology development of vapor phase phosgenation in the production of organic isocyanates. Three key steps in vapor phose phosgenation: amine vaporization, phosgenation reaction and termination reaction are emphatically introduced. Efficient film evaporator, microreactor or microreactor tube reactor associated and way of quenching for subsequent purification have larger development space in the gas phase phosgenation of organic isocyanates preparation. Finally, the development trends of vapor phase phosgenation at home and abroad in recent years are also presented. Foreign technology is relatively mature. Saving energy and reducing consumption is paied more attention. Domestic technology is our shortcoming. This article aims to provide references for the R&D domestic companies.
