摘 要:随着特高压、新能源、新负荷接入电网,电网的调峰问题进一步加剧.为此,提出了源网荷互动调峰方式,常规机组、储能电站、柔性负荷之间的交互及协调配合,实现全局优化调峰.研究了3类调峰方式的特性,分析了其调峰成本,建立了调峰的数学模型.提出改进差分进化算法,基于电网调峰的随机性动态变化特点,考虑各类调峰手段的爬坡特性,实现了源网荷调峰中的有序性、交互性及均衡性.最后进行了仿真计算,验证源网荷调峰方式的有效性,提高了特高压输送功率的平稳性及电网运行的稳定性.With ultra-high voltage and new energy,new load accessing to the grid,the problem of peak load regulation became more outstanding.A "source-grid-load"interactive peak load regulation method was proposed,in which conventional units,energy storage and flexible load interact each other,and may realize global optimized peak load regulation.The characteristics of three kinds of peak load regulations are analyzed;and their costs are researched.Then the mathematical model of peak load regulation is established.An improved differential evolution algorithm is proposed.Based on the random dynamic characteristics of peak load regulation,every kind of ramping characteristic is considered.And ordering and interactivity,proportionality among"source-grid-load"peak load regulation are realized.Finally,through simulating calculation,the availability of "source-grid-load"peak load regulation is proved.The stability of power grid operation and UHV transmission power is improved.
