江边一碗水的化学成分研究

摘　　要：目的研究"江边一碗水"的化学成分。方法运用系统溶剂法、正反向硅胶色谱柱法及制备型高效液相法对江边一碗水的化学成分进行分离纯化,并根据理化性质及波普数据鉴定其结构。结果从江边一碗水95%乙醇提取物的乙酸乙酯及正丁醇部位分离得到了12个化合物,其中木脂素类化合物6个,黄酮类化合物5个,甾醇类化合物1个,分别为:鬼臼毒素,苦鬼臼毒素,山荷叶素葡萄糖苷,山奈酚,槲皮素,β-谷甾醇,去氢鬼臼毒素,槲皮苷,芦丁,苦鬼臼毒素葡萄糖苷,4'-去甲基去氢鬼臼毒素,3-O-甲基槲皮素。结论化合物12为首次从该植物中分离得到。OBJECTIVE To study the chemical constitutents from Diphylleia sinesis. RESULTS The compounds were isolated by the solvent extraction,silica gel,and reversed-phase silica gel column chromatography,semi-preparative HLPC. The structures of 12 compounds were identified by NMR,MS methods. RESULTS Twelve compounds were isolated from Et OAc and n-butanol fraction of the95% ethanol extract from Diphylleia sinesis including 6 lignans,5 flavonoids and 1 sterol. The compounds 1-12 were identifiedas：podophyllotoxin,picropodophyllotoxin,diphyll--4-O-β-glueosid,kaempferol,quercetin,β-stitosterol,dehydropodophyllotoxin,quercitrosid,rutin,picropodophyllotoxin-4-O-β-D-glucoside,4＇-demethyldehydrol-podophyllotoxin,3-O-methyl-quercetin. CONCLUSION Compound12 is isolated from the plants of Diphylleia sinesis for the first time.
