冠心病患者血清同型半胱氨酸和超敏C反应蛋白测定临床价值

摘　　要：目的探讨冠心病（CHD）患者血清同型半胱氨酸（HCY）和超敏C反应蛋白（hs-CRP）在临床中的应用价值。方法选择我院2011年3月～2014年8月已确诊冠心病患者109例,其中稳定型心绞痛（SAP）33例,不稳定型心绞痛（UAP）45例,心肌梗死（AMI）31例;对照组为我院健康体检患者68例。应用美国贝克曼AU5800全自动生化分析仪测定血清同型半胱氨酸和超敏C反应蛋白的含量,并进行分析。结果冠心病组血清同型半胱氨酸和超敏C反应蛋白水平明显高于对照组（P〈0.01）,AMI组血清同型半胱氨酸和超敏C反应蛋白水平高于UAP组﹑SAP组,差异有高度统计学意义（P〈0.01）。UAP组血清同型半胱氨酸和超敏C反应蛋白水平高于SAP组,差异有高度统计学意义（P〈0.01）。结论冠心病患者血清同型半胱氨酸和超敏C反应蛋白联合测定对冠心病人发生,发展及治疗和预后判断具有重要临床价值。Objective To investigate the clinical application value of serum homocysteine（HCY） and C（hs-CRP） in patients with coronary heart disease（CHD）. Methods From March 2011 to August 2014, 109 patients with coronary heart disease were selected, including 33 patients with stable angina（SAP）, 45 patients with unstable angina（UAP）, 31 patients with acute myocardial infarction（AMI）. The control group was 68 cases of healthy physical examination in our hospital, and the content of serum homocysteine and high sensitive C reactive protein was measured by Backman AU5800 automatic biochemical analyzer. Results The levels of serum homocysteine and hs-CRP in patients with coronary heart disease were significantly higher than those in the control group（P〈0.01）, The levels of serum homocysteine and C in AMI group were higher than those in UAP group and SAP group（P〈0.01）, The difference was statistically significant.The levels of serum homocysteine and C in UAP group were higher than those in SAP group, the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.01）. Conclusion The combined determination of serum homocysteine and high sensitive C reactive protein in patients with coronary heart disease has important clinical value for the occurrence, development,treatment and prognosis of coronary artery disease.
