循证护理在乳腺癌患者中的应用研究

摘　　要：目的探讨循证护理在乳腺癌患者中应用的具体效果。方法选取2014年1～10月我院收治的乳腺癌患者84例作为研究对象,随机分成两组,观察组采用常规护理方式进行护理,实验组则采取循证护理,对比分析两种护理下乳腺癌患者焦虑、抑郁状态、日常生活自理能力与恶心、呕吐发生概率及护理依从率和满意度。结果（1）两组患者的抑郁情况以及自理能力都有所改善,且经循证护理后,患者焦虑状态比例显著降低,并且实验组患者的焦虑状态缓解更为明显,与观察组比较有统计学意义（P〈0.05）;（2）乳腺癌患者在术后出现恶心和呕吐症状,两组护理对比发现循证护理后发生率比例比常规护理低（P〈0.05）,护理过程中对患者的依从率和满意度进行评价,发现两组患者的依从率都在95%以上,且循证护理的满意度较高,与常规护理比较有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论对于乳腺癌患者采取循证护理,可有效改观患者焦虑、抑郁状况,并且有效减少恶心、呕吐发生概率,提高自理能力,有利于促进患者术后恢复。Objective To investigate effect of evidence-based nursing on the patients with breast cancer. Methods From January to October 2014, selected 84 cases of breast cancer patients as the research objects. They were divided into two groups at random. The observation group received conventional nursing care, and the experimental group received the way of evidence-based nursing care. The effects of two kinds of care in the breast cancer patients such as anxiety,depression, daily life self-care ability, probability of complications, and nursing compliance rate and satisfaction were compared. Results（1） Depression and self-care ability of two groups were both improved, and the anxiety scores of the patients with evidence-based nursing was significantly reduced compared with the observation group（P〈0.05）.（2）The patients with breast cancer often had the sense of nausea and vomiting. Comparing with two groups, the happening rate of nausea and vomiting in the patients with evidence-based nursing was lower than the patients with conventional nursing care. The nursing compliance rate and satisfaction of two groups in the process were compared, respectively.We found the nursing compliance rate of two groups was over 95%, and the satisfaction of the experimental group was higher（P〈0.05）. Conclusion For breast cancer patients, evidence-based nursing can effectively reduce patients＇ anxiety, depression, and the probability of complications. It also can improve the ability of self-care and promote patients recovery.
