自拟阳举1号汤联合安特尔治疗中老年男性迟发性性腺功能减退症的临床观察

摘　　要：目的探讨自拟阳举1号汤联合安特尔对中老年男性迟发性性腺功能减退症的临床疗效。方法选取我院2013年6月~2014年6月门诊中老年男性迟发性性腺功能减退症患者93例,平均年龄（59.5±4.5）岁,随机分为对照组（n=22）、安特尔组（n=24）、中药组（n=21）和研究组（n=26）。对照组不予治疗,安特尔组和中药组分别予以口服安特尔及阳举1号方,研究组同时口服安特尔和阳举1号汤。3个月后评估患者AMS症状评分并检测睾酮水平。结果安特尔组、中药组、研究组AMS症状评分均不同程度低于治疗前（P〈0.05或P〈0.01）;研究组明显低于其他三组（P〈0.05）;安特尔组和中药组明显低于对照组（P〈0.05）,安特尔组和中药组比较无统计学差异（P〉0.05）。安特尔组、研究组睾酮水平均明显高于治疗前（P〈0.05）,且治疗后明显高于中药组和对照组（P〈0.01）;安特尔组和研究组比较差异无统计学意义（P〉0.05）;中药组和对照组比较差异无统计学意义（P〉0.05）。结论自拟阳举1号汤联合安特尔能有效改善中老年男性迟发性性腺功能减退症的临床症状,增加睾酮含量,值得进一步研究。Objective To discuss the clinical efficacy of self-made Yangju No.1 decoction combined with Andriol in treatment of late onset hypogonadism（LOH）in middle-aged and elderly males. Methods A total of 93 middle-aged and elderly males of（59.5±4.5）years old in average, with LOH visited our hospital from June 2013 to June 2014 were selected and randomly divided into the control group（22 cases）, Androil group（24 cases）, Chinese medicine group（21 cases）and the study group（26 cases）. Patients in the control group were not treated, in the Androil group and Chinese medicine group were treated by oral administration of androil and Yangju No.1 decoction, respectively, and patients in the study group were treated by androil plus Yangju No.1 decoction. The AMS symptom scores of patients were assessed and testosterone levels were detected after three months. Results The AMS symptom scores of patients in the Androil group,Chinese medicine group and the study group were all lower than those before treatment to varying degrees（P〈0.05 or P〈0.01）; the AMS symptom scores in the study group were evidently lower than those in the other three groups（P〈0.05）;scores in the Androil group and the Chinese medicine group were evidently lower than those in the control group（P〈0.05）;and there was no significant difference in AMS symptom scores between the Androil group and the Chinese medicine group（P〈0.05）. The testosterone levels of patients in the Androil group and the study group were evidently higher than those before treatment（P〈0.05）, which were also higher than those in the Chinese medicine group and the control group after treatment（P〉0.01）. There was no significant difference in testosterone levels between the Androil group and the study group（P〉0.05）, neither between the Chinese medicine group and the control group（P〉0.05）. Conclusion Selfmade Yangju No.1 decoction plus Androil can effectively improve the clinical symptoms of LOH in middle-aged and elderly males
