摘 要:目的探讨母婴分离对新生儿疼痛反应以及神经行为的影响。方法随机选取我院2014年6月1日~2015年6月1日妇产科出生的100例足月新生儿作为研究对象,根据母体情况将其平均分为两组,分别给予母婴分离以及母婴同室措施,对比两组新生儿的疼痛反应以及神经行为评分。结果母婴同室组的新生儿疼痛评分(3.7±0.6)分、新生儿神经行为评分(39.41±0.24)分、采血中血氧饱和度(97.07±1.95)%、采血后2 min血氧饱和度(97.98±1.36)%、采血后4 min血氧饱和度(98.53±0.94)%、采血后6 min血氧饱和度(98.72±1.01)%、新生儿啼哭开始时间(5.79±0.57)s及持续时间(40.80±4.39)s,分别优于母婴分离组的新生儿疼痛评分(5.9±0.4)分、新生儿神经行为评分(36.57±1.78)分、采血中血氧饱和度(93.20±2.68)%、采血后2 min血氧饱和度(94.01±3.19)%、采血后4 min血氧饱和度(94.83±2.17)%、采血后6 min血氧饱和度(95.88±1.74)%、新生儿啼哭开始时间(2.04±0.35)s以及持续时间(163.72±24.85)s,差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05)。结论母婴分离可对新生儿疼痛反应以及神经行为等各个方面产生不同程度的影响,对新生期婴儿可采用母婴同室,尽量避免早期分离对新生儿造成的负面影响。Objective To explore the effects of maternal separation on neonatal patin reaction and neurobehavior.Methods A total of 100 full-term newborns who were born in the department of gynecology and obstetrics in our hospital from June 1 st 2014 to June 1 st 2015 were randomly selected as the research subjects. They were evenly assigned to two groups according to their maternal conditions. They were given the measures of maternal separation and rooming in respectively. Indicators of pain reaction and neurobehavior were compared between the two groups of newborns. Results Among the newborns in the rooming in group, neonatal pain score was(3.7 ±0.6) scores, neonatal neurobehavior score was(39.41±0.24) scores, oxygen saturation during blood collection was(97.07±1.95)%, oxygen saturation 2 minutes after blood collection was(97.98±1.36)%, oxygen saturation 4 minutes after blood collection was(98.53±0.94)%, oxygen saturation 6 minutes after blood collection was(98.72±1.01)%, and beginning time of crying and duration in newborns were(5.79 ±0.57) s and(40.80 ±4.39) s, bet ter than those in the newborns in the maternal separation group, namely neonatal pain score was(5.9±0.4) scores, neonatal neurobehavior score was(36.57±1.78) scores, oxygen saturation during blood collection was(93.20±2.68)%, oxygen saturation 2 minutes after blood collection was(94.01±3.19)%, oxygen saturation 4 minutes after blood collection was(94.83±2.17)%, oxygen saturation 6 minutes after blood collection was(95.88±1.74)%, and beginning time of crying and duration in newborns were(2.04±0.35)s and(163.72±24.85)s, with statistical significance(P〈0.05). Conclusion Maternal separation may have different degrees of effects on different aspects such as neonatal pain reaction and neurobehavior. It is suggested to adopt rooming in for the infants during neonatal period, so as to avoid the negative effects induced by early separation on the newborns.
