摘 要:以某矿三槽西四壁(下)工作面轨道巷巷旁矸石墙为研究对象,对矸石墙的承载力和压缩量进行现场测试,分析其承载性能。结果表明:矸石墙承载力为6.7 MPa,最大压缩量为140 mm,与传统刚性支护相比,矸石墙让压变形特性明显;在滞后工作面35~45 m的区域,矸石墙压缩量急剧增加。阐述了矸石墙的作用机理,并建立了顶板一矸石墙结构模型,当工程条件确定时,矸石墙所受压力和顶板下沉量存在定量关系。现场应用结果表明,沿空留巷矿压显现平稳,留巷效果较好。Taking gangue wall aside track transportation roadway in lower No.4 west working face of No.3 seam in a certain mine as study object,the bearing capacity and compression amount of gangue wall were tested on the site,and its load-carrying properties was analyzed.The results showed that the bearing capacity of gangue wall was 6.7 MPa,the largest compression amount was 140 mm,and compared with traditional rigid supporting,its yielding deformation characteristics were better;in the area behind the working face 35 — 45 m,the compression amount of the gangue wall sharply increased.Besides,the function mechanism of gangue wall was expounded and the roof-gangue wall structure model was established.When the engineering conditions were determined,there was a quantitative relationship between the pressure on the gangue wall and the roof subsidence.Field application results showed that the strata behaviors in gob-side entry retaining were stable and the effects were preferable.
