摘　　要：本文对国外青年互联网行为的相关研究进行了梳理和分析,发现青年互联网行为特征存在性别、性格、国别、专业上的差异。研究者充分肯定了互联网对青年的正面影响,但也指出其负面影响不容忽视。负面影响包括网络暴力及侵犯行为、风险性互联网行为、网络学术不端行为、问题性网络行为等。青年互联网行为的监管和引导需要家长、老师、学校及政府的共同努力。国外青年互联网行为研究为我国青年互联网行为研究提供了研究内容、方法、多学科交叉方面的借鉴,并为对青年互联网行为的监管、引导与教育等方面提供了有益参考。This paper investigates and analyzes related studies of youth internet behavior in foreign countries,and finds that the characteristics of youth internet behavior have differences in gender,character,nation and major. Researchers have fully confirmed positive influence of internet on youth;meanwhile,they also points out that its negative influence couldn't be ignored,including internet violence and aggression behavior,risky internet behavior,internet-related academic misconduct,problematic internet behavior and so on. Regarding supervision and guidance of youth internet behavior,they need joint efforts from parents,teachers,school and government. The study of youth internet behavior in foreign countries could provide references in research content,methodology and intersection of multi-discipline for the study of internet behavior in China; it could also provide helpful references for the supervision,guidance and education of youth internet behavior in China.
