摘 要:目的 探讨3D-FLASH-WE序列是否能够清晰显示腰椎间关节软骨。方法 采用SE-T1WI、TSE-PDWIFS、3D-FLASH-WE、3D-FLASH-FS四个序列对16例20~30岁健康志愿者行L 4~5腰椎间关节MRI横断面扫描。统一标准后对各个序列所得图像进行主观评分;测量并计算出各个序列SNR软骨、CNR软骨/骨皮质和CNR软骨/骨松质。比较四个序列显示腰椎间关节软骨的异同。结果 3D-FLASH-WE和3D-FLASH-FS两个序列评分结果较高(平均得分都是4.67分),二者评分结果差异无统计学意义(P=0.24),但明显高于SE-T1WI、TSE-PDWI-FS序列评分结果(P〈0.05)。3D-FLASH-WE、3D-FLASH-FS及SE-T1WI序列SNR软骨、CNR软骨/骨皮质均明显高于TSE-PDWIFS序列(P〈0.05),但前三者之间SNR软骨、CNR软骨/骨皮质差异无统计学意义(P〉0.05)。3D-FLASH-WE和3D-FLASH-FS序列CNR软骨/骨松质均较高且差异无统计学意义(P=0.30),但明显高于SE-T1WI及TSE-PDWI-FS序列(P〈0.05)。3D-FLASH-WE序列扫描时间明显短于3D-FLASH-FS序列,分别为3 min 4 s和5 min 23 s。结论3D-FLASH-WE序列能够清晰显示腰椎间关节软骨。Objective To investigate whether 3D-FLASH-WE sequence could show clearly the lumbar-facet joint cartilage. Methods L4-5 lumbar-facet joint in 16 healthy volunteers underwent magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) scanning with four sequences including SE-T1WI, TSE-PDWI-FS, 3D-FLASH-WE and 3D-FLASH-FS. After standard was unified, the images obtained by the four sequences were subjectively graded, then the signal to noise ratio (SNRs) of the lumbar-facet joint cartilage, ratio of CNR cartilage to cortical bone and ratio of CNR cartilage to spongy bone by the four sequences were measured and calculated, finally, the differences of the four sequences in displaying lumbar-facet joint cartilage were compared. Results The scores of 3D-FLASH-WE and 3D-FLASH-FS were relatively higher (mean score was 4.67 points for both sequences), there were no significant differences in the scores between the two sequences ( P 〉 0.05 ), however, which were significantly higher than those of SE-T1WI and TSE-PDWI-FS sequences ( P 〈 0.05 ). The SNR cartilage and ratio of CNR cartilage to cortical bone identified by 3D- FLASH-WE,3D-FLASH-FS, SE-T1WI sequences were significantly higher than those by TSE-PDWI-FS sequence ( P 〈 0.05 ), but there were no significant differences in SNR cartilage and ratio of CNR cartilage to cortical bone among the former three sequences. The ratio of CNR cartilage to spongy bone by 3D-FLASH-WE and 3D-FLASH-FS sequences was relatively higher, there was no significant difference between the two sequences ( P 〉 0.05 ), however,which were significantly higher than those by SE-T1WI and TSE-PDWI-FS sequences ( P 〈 0.05). The scanning time of 3D-FLASH-WE was obviously shorter than that of 3D-FLASH-FS (3min 4s vs 5min 23s ). Conclusion The 3D-FLASH-WE sequence can display clearly lumbar-facet joint cartilage.
