摘  要:为改善麻/棉混纺织物的染色性能,采用阳离子聚合物纳米粒子对麻/棉混纺织物进行表面改性,然后用酸性红B对改性后的织物染色,通过测定织物的色度学指标L*、a*、C*、伊,探讨了纳米粒子质量浓度、处理温度、时间、pH和氯化钠等因素对织物染色性能的影响。结果表明,改性后织物的染色性能得到了明显改善。适宜的改性条件:纳米粒子质量浓度为0.5g/L,温度为60℃,处理60min,pH为6-8,不加入氯化钠溶液,浴比1:100。In order to improve the dyeing performance of ramine/cotton blended fabrics, cationic polymer nanoparticles were used to modify the fabrics, and the modified fabrics were dyed using acid red B. The influencing factors, such as nanoparticles concentration, temperature, time, pH and sodium chloride concentration on dyeing performance were investigated by measuring the colorimetricindexs L*, a*, b*and C*. The results indicated that the dyeing performance of the modified fabrics improved obviously. The proper modification conditions was as follows: nanoparticles concentration 0.5 g/L, 60 ℃, 60 min, pH=6-8, without sodium chloride solution and liquor ratio 1 : 100.
