提高功能性涤/棉混纺面料深色色牢度的工艺探讨

摘　　要：功能性整理的高温交联工艺降低了涤棉织物的色牢度,通过对染料的优选及工艺条件的优化使织物的色牢度指标达到要求。选择染料:分散藏青SFN-B、分散黄棕SFN、分散红SFN-R、活性藏蓝S-G、活性红C-D、活性橙W-3R。后整理过程中焙烘条件选用150℃×3 min的焙烘条件,织物的色牢度指标达到原变4.0级、白沾3.5级、干摩擦色牢度3.5级、湿摩擦色牢度3.0级。The color fastness decreased in high temperature crosslinking functional finishing process,and it was improved to standard requirement by optimizing dyes selection and technological conditions. The selected dyes are disperse navy blue SFN-B, disperse yellow brown SFN, disperse red SFN-R, reactive purphsh blue S-G, reactive red C-D, reactive orange W-3R. The finishing process is baking under 150 ℃ for 3 min, and color change fastness of fabric is 4.0, staining fastness is 3.5, dry rubbing fastness is 3.5, and wet rubbing fastness is 3.0.
