摘　　要：介绍了还原染料悬浮体对纯棉筒子纱的染色，悬浮体染色染整工艺包括松式络筒、练漂处理、悬浮体吸附、悬浮体还原染色、隐色体氧化、皂洗及后整理等。经过反复试验，确定了最佳的工艺配方、条件、流程及注意事项，结果表明，各项指标优良，色牢度≥4．5级，色差4．5～5．0，无色花，质量稳定。The cotton cheese dyed with vat dyestuff suspension was introduced. The dyeing process included slack winding, scouring and bleaching, suspension adsorbing, suspension reduction dyeing, leuco oxidating, soap washing, after-finishing and so on. The recipe, conditions, and process were optimized after repeated tests with color fastness varied more than 4.5 grades, color difference of 4.5-5.0, no dyeing defects, and stable quality.
