碳纤维复合材料对高尔夫球杆阻尼性能的影响因素

摘  要:采用实验室自制的双组分聚氨酯基体树脂与T700碳纤维共聚制备了一系列聚氨酯基碳纤维复合材料薄板,并对其进行了静态和动态热力学性能测试。结果表明:当形变量小于0.5%及形变速率小于0.4%/s时,材料的阻尼性能不发生明显变化;碳纤维取向角度对阻尼性能有明显影响,随取向角度增大,阻尼性能下降。将实验测试结果与理论模型计算结果对比,发现两者基本吻合,为采用聚氨酯基碳纤维复合材料制备高尔夫球杆的计算提供数据参考。A series of composite panels were prepared by laboratory-made two-component polyurethane matrix resin and T700 carbon fiber were used to study the factors affecting the damping performance of golf clubs. The results of static and dynamic mechanical properties demonstrated that their damping performance didn't change significantly when the deformation quantity was less than 0.5% and the strain rate was less than 0.4%/s. In addition, damping performance was significantly affected by the orientation degree of carbon fibers. The experimental results agree quite well with those calculated by theoretical model, which provides reference for preparation of golf clubs by carbon fiber composite based on polyurethane resin.
