摘  要:为提高锦纶酸性染料印花织物的耐碱性汗渍色牢度,并防止耐摩擦色牢度的下降,试验考察了汗渍牢度剂SF-30A、湿摩提升剂HS-222、黏合剂SD-20B和丙烯酸酯单体聚合对色牢度的影响。研究结果表明,汗渍牢度剂SF-30A能大幅提高酸性染料印花织物的耐碱性汗渍色牢度,但会引起耐摩擦色牢度的下降;虽然湿摩提升剂HS-222和黏合剂SD-20B能减少耐摩擦色牢度的下降,但其整理效果不及优化的丙烯酸酯单体;当汗渍牢度剂SF-30A与Di—TMPTA单体或BPA2EODMA单体同浴整理时,锦纶印花织物耐碱性汗渍色牢度达4—5级,耐摩擦色牢度达4级。In order to improve the perspiration fastness and prevent the decline of rubbing fastness of the nylon fabric printed with acid dyes, the effects of perspiration fastness improver SF-30A, wet rubbing fastness improver HS-222, adhesive SD-20B and polymerization of acrylate monomer on color fastness are investigated. The results show that the perspiration fastness is improved, but the rubbing fastness decreases when using the perspiration fastness improver SF-30A. Although the wet rubbing fastness improver HS-222 and the adhesive SD-20B can prevent the decline of the rubbing fastness, the treatment effect is inferior to the acrylate monomer polymerization. The perspiration fastness reaches Grade 4-5 and the rubbing fastness reaches Grade 4 when the nylon printed fabric is treated by SF-30A mixed with Di-TMPTA or BPA2EODMA.
