摘  要:摩擦副的表面形貌对磨合性能具有重要的影响。为了考察随机的初始表面粗糙度和规则的表面织构共存条件下的磨合性能,开展一定工况参数下不同初始粗糙度参数及不同表面织构微孔直径的试样的磨合试验研究。结果表明:结合合适的初始粗糙度和表面织构能够有效改善磨合质量;随着初始表面粗糙度的增大,表面织构提高磨合性能的效果开始逐渐显现;而且初始表面粗糙度越大,其对应的最优微孔直径也越大;随着微孔直径的增大,其对应的最优初始表面粗糙度逐渐增大;考察磨合时间和考察摩擦因数条件下初始粗糙度和表面织构的变化趋势相同,但具体的最优取值有所差别。Surface roughness has a significant impact on the running-in property of frictional pairs.To investigate the influence of initial surface roughness and surface texture on running-in property, the running-in test for the samples with five different surface roughness and with different dimple diameters surface texture was carried out under given condition.The results show that the running-in quality can be improved effectively through a combination of initial surface roughness and surface texture with the right size. With the increasing of initial surface roughness, the effects of surface texture on running- in property are starting to show gradually. Moreover the larger the initial surface roughness, the larger of the corresponding optimal dimple diameter of surface texture becomes.With the increasing of dimple diameter,the corresponding optimal ini- tial surface roughness is increased gradually. Surface roughness and surface texture follow similar trends at changing, but have different optimal values when considering running-in time and friction coefficient, resoectivelv.
