摘 要:采用从电镀污泥中分离的一种厌氧杆菌制备FeS纳米微粒;通过X射线衍射(XRD)、扫描电子显微镜(SEM)对其成分、形态及粒径进行表征;采用面-面接触形式在MM-W1立式万能摩擦磨损试验机上研究纳米FeS颗粒作为润滑油添加剂在10W-40发动机油中的减摩性能;基于SEM和二次离子质谱(SIMS)对磨损表面的形貌及成分分析,讨论纳米FeS颗粒作为润滑油添加剂的减摩机制。结果表明:微生物法制备的非定型结构的FeS球状颗粒直径在50-100nm之间;添加纳米FeS可使10W-40发动机油的摩擦因数下降43.7%-77.5%。推测是由于摩擦过程中纳米FeS吸附于摩擦副表面阻碍摩擦副的直接接触,并且形成具有持续减摩作用的减摩层。FeS nanoparticles were prepared by a kind of anaerobic bacteria which was separated from electroplating sludge.The composition, size, morphology, and structure of biological prepared FeS nanoparticles were characterized by means of XRD and SEM.The anti-friction behavior of the FeS nanoparticles in 10W-40 engine oil was evaluated in MM-W1 vertical universal friction and wear testing machine by face-to-face contact.Based on the results of SEM and SIMS analysis, the anti-friction mechanism of bio-synthesized FeS nanoparticles was discussed.The results show that the diameter of biosynthesized FeS nanoparticles with amorphous state was about 50 nm to 100 nm.The friction coefficient of the 10W-40 engine oil is reducedby 43.7%-77.5% after the addition of FeS nanopartieles.FeS nanoparticles that adsorbed on the surface of the friction pair prevent the direct contact of metal and form an anti-friction layer.
