摘 要:为确定适于液固分选流化床(LSFBS)流场模拟的粘性流动模型,分别选用多个粘性流动模型模拟了粗煤泥颗粒在LSFBS内的分选过程,结合相关粘性流动模型附加输运方程特点,讨论了LSFBS流场特定区域内湍流的各向异性和旋度、应变速率梯度分布等对Lam模型和涡粘模型准确度的影响.结果表明,各模型模拟所得不同密度级组分在重产物中的分配率存在较大差异,其中雷诺应力模型(RSM)模拟结果误差最小,与实验结果的均方根误差为2.21,预测准确度较高;层流(Lam)模型模拟结果误差最大,均方根误差为5.96;涡粘模型中误差最小的为RNG k??模型,均方根误差为2.46;各粘性流动模型模拟结果准确度为RSM?RNG k???SST k???标准k???标准k???S?A?Lam.The separation process of multi-particles of coal in a liquid-solid fluidized bed separator(LSFBS) was simulated with various viscous models, including Reynolds stress(RSM), RNG k-ε, SST k-ω, Std k-ε, Std k-ω, S-A and laminar(Lam) models, to examine their application performances in simulation of flow field in LSFBS. The predicted separation results of the partition rate of multi-particles with different densities in the heavy product with these viscous models were obviously different from each other. Specifically, the root-mean-square error(RMSE) of the predicted separation result of RSM, compared with the experimental results, was the smallest, being 2.21. Among the viscous models, Lam gave a most inaccurate result, with a RMSE of 5.96. However, RNG k-emodel was the most accurate among the five eddy viscosity models, its RMSE was 2.46. On the whole, the accuracy of these viscous models followed the order of RSM〉 RNG〉 k-ε 〉SST〉 k-ω〉 Std k-ε Std k-ω〉 S-ALam.
