摘 要:建立智能配电网互动性评估指标体系是评估智能配电网互动性水平、科学指导互动性发展的基础。分析了分布式电源、微电网、储能装置、电动汽车等接入配电网改变了能量的平衡模式是智能配电网互动的驱动力,分析了智能配电网互动性的结构包括信息互动、业务互动和能量互动,分析了互动为电网、电源和用户带来的多种效益,提出实现网源荷互动应解决的关键技术,基于以上研究建立相应的智能配电网互动性评估指标。最后对智能配电网的互动性建设提出了有益建议。The establishment of assessment indices of interaction is the basis for the assessment of the interactive level and it also serves as a scientific guidance for interaction development. This paper concludes that the driving force of the interaction of the smart distribution grids is that the energy balance model has been changed with distributed generation,micro grid,energy storage device and electric vehicle accessed to the smart distribution grid. The paper analyzes the structure of the smart distribution grid interaction including the bidirectional communication of information,business and energy,and it also analyzes benefits the interaction brings about to distri-buted generations,customers and distribution grid,and puts forward the key technologies to be solved for the interaction.Based on the research,several interaction assessment indices are proposed and finally several useful suggestions are proposed in the paper.
