摘　　要：文章探讨五脏相关理论在慢性阻塞性肺疾病(COPD)中的应用及拓展。研究邓铁涛教授五脏相关理论的内涵及外延,同时复习COPD所涉及脏腑的病机传变模式,从病因病因及防治方面阐述慢COPD的理论基础。五脏相关理论在COPD因病机和防治中均有体现。COPD特征为本虚标实,宗气亏虚为其基本病机,培土生金是治疗COPD的核心治疗原则。五脏相关理论能拓展COPD治疗思路,确立其治疗原则。To discuss the application and expansion of five zang viscera related theory in preventing and treating of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease（COPD）.The connotation and denotation of five zang viscera related theory advocated by DENG Tie-tao was studied,and the pathogenesis transmission ways in zang-fu viscera were reviewed simultaneously,in order to expound the theoretical basis for COPD from the aspects as etiology,pathogenesis,prevention and treatment of this disease.Five zang viscera related theory was embodied in the etiology,pathogenesis,prevention and treatment of COPD.The feature of COPD was deficient root and excessive symptoms,the basic pathogenesis of COPD was deficiency of pectoral qi,and the core therapeutic principle of COPD was reinforcing spleen to strengthen lung.Five zang viscera related theory could expand the treatment thoughts and establish the therapeutic principle for COPD.
