摘　　要：中医学是中国文化的形式之一,中医学的形式必然表现出中国传统文化的基本原理。作为中医骨伤的重要组成部分——平乐正骨,其理论的形成离不开中国传统文化的滋养。中原文化历史悠久,博大精深,是中国传统文化的核心,而河洛文化是中原文化中的精华和典型代表,又儒家、释家、道家对河洛文化影响最深。因此,从儒家、释家、道家发源及其哲学思想探讨平乐正骨的文化渊源,有助于加深对平乐正骨理论内涵的理解。Traditional Chinese medicine（TCM） is one of the forms of Chinese culture.The form of TCM presents the fundamental principles of traditional Chinese culture.Pingle bone-setting culture is an important component of traumatology and orthopedics of TCM,and its theory formation can’t without the nourishing of traditional Chinese culture.Central plan culture is the core of traditional Chinese culture with long history,extensive knowledge and profound scholarship.Heluo culture is the essence and typical example of central plan culture,and the influence of Confucian,buddhism and taoists on Heluo culture was the most.Thus,investigating the origins of pingle bone-setting culture from the origin of Confucian,buddhism and taoists and its philosophical thought helps to deepen the understanding of connotation of pingle bone-setting theory.
