摘  要:目的:探讨临床治疗消化性溃疡方药组成规律。方法:利用CNKI数据库检索到中医药治疗消化性溃疡文献99首,运用"中医传承辅助系统"对该文献方药组成进行数据挖掘分析,挖掘方法包括药物出现频次统计、药物组合关联规则分析、熵聚类分析。结果:99首方剂中共涉及中药147味,其中使用频次超过10次以上的药物共计29味;当支持度为20条件下,共得到药对40个;根据改进互信息法、基于复杂系统熵聚类和基于无监督熵层次聚类,得到10个新方。结论:具有健脾益气、疏肝理气、利湿化痰、清热泻火功效的中药为临床治疗消化性溃疡最常用的中药;芍药甘草汤、乌及散、四逆散等传统方剂为治疗消化性溃疡常用药物组合。Objective:To investigate the principle of drugs applying in treating peptic ulcer in clinic.Methods:99 literatures about treating peptic ulcer with traditional Chinese medicine(TCM) in CNKI were retrieved and analyzed by using TCM Inheritance Support System which included frequency statistics of drug application,association rule analysis of pharmaceutical compositions,and entropy clustering analysis.Results:147 drugs were involved in the 99 formulas,and the usage frequency of 29 drugs was more than 10 times.40 medicine suits were obtained under the condition with support as 20.10 new formulas were obtained according to the improved mutual information method,and based on complex system entropy cluster and unsupervised entropy hierarchical clustering.Conclusion:The functions of commonly used drugs applying in the treatment of peptic ulcer were strengthening spleen for benefiting qi,dispersing stagnated liver qi for regulating qi-flowing,promoting dieresis and removing phlegm,and clearing heat-fire.The commonly used formulas applying in the treatment peptic ulcer were Shaoyao Gancao decoction,Wuji powder,Sini powder and so on.
