摘　　要：目的:观察蒌香丹通心颗粒对冠心病稳定型心绞痛痰浊血瘀证患者生活质量的影响。方法:应用蒌香丹通心颗粒联合西药治疗冠心病稳定型心绞痛痰浊血瘀证,将10个单位的240例合格受试者采取中央随机化方法分至试验组与对照组,试验组给予蒌香丹通心颗粒与西医基础治疗(阿司匹林0.1g,每日1次口服,阿托伐他汀钙10mg,每日1次口服,硝酸甘油必要时舌下含服),对照组予蒌香丹通心颗粒安慰剂与西医基础治疗,结合盲法、安慰剂对照,疗程8周,随访18周,观察西雅图生活质量(SAQ)不同时间序列的变化来阐释其治疗方法对生活质量的影响。结果:治疗前各基线指标比较差异无统计学意义,具有可比性。治疗后,两组与本组治疗前比较西雅图心绞痛量表躯体受限维度以及治疗满意程度维度评分试验组较对照组显著提高(P<0.05)。结论:蒌香丹通心颗粒能够提高冠心病稳定型心绞痛痰浊血瘀证患者生活质量。Objective：To observe the effect of Louxiangdan Tongxin Granule on life quality of coronary heart disease with stable angina pectoris patients with syndrome of turbid phlegm and blood stasis.Methods：Invigorating spleen and activating blood circulation combined with western medicine therapy were applied in treating coronary heart disease with stable angina pectoris patients with syndrome of turbid phlegm and blood stasis.Two hundred and forty cases of qualified participants were divided into experimental group and control group according to central randomization method.Patients in experimental group were treated with Louxiangdan Tongxin Granule combined with western medicines（aspirin 0.1 g p.o.qd,atorvastatin 10 mg p.o.qd,glyceryl trinitrate 0.5mg p.o.prn）,and patients in control group were treated with placebo of Louxiangdan Tongxin Granule combined with western medicine for 8 weeks.All the patients were followed-up for 18 weeks.The changes in Seattle Angina Questionnaire（SAQ） of patients of different time sequences were observed,in order to clarify the influence of therapies on life quality of patients.Results：The difference in baseline indicators before treatment between the two Groups was not significant.After treatment,the dimension scores of SAQ and satisfaction of treatment of patients in experimental group were significantly higher than those of control group,and the differences between the two groups are statistically significant（P〈0.05）.Conclusion：Invigorating spleen and activating blood circulation therapy could improve the life quality of coronary heart disease with stable angina pectoris patients with syndrome of turbid phlegm and blood stasis.
