汪受传辨治小儿泄泻药毒伤脾证经验

摘　　要：泄泻是儿科常见病之一,汪受传教授结合小儿泄泻特点,从临床实践出发,提出药毒伤脾是小儿泄泻中不可忽视的重要病因,并根据临床表现归纳为伤阴、伤阳、伤气3个方面,治疗上相应提出了滋阴健脾、温阳健脾及益气健脾三法,同时认为"善于调理脾胃者,非惟脾病治脾,胃病治胃,而必调和五脏则病自愈",临证时充分考虑小儿生理特点,合理选方用药,寒温并用,随症加减,并注重从整体出发,临床疗效明显,充分表现了汪老师临证随变思变的思想。Diarrhea is one of the common diseases in pediatrics,professor WANG Shou-chuan put forward that’Drugs injuring spleen’ is one of the important causes of infantile diarrhea which based on clinical practice combined with the characteristics of children with diarrhea.At the same time,he summarized this cause as three aspects according to his clinical manifestations：Impairment of yin,impairment of yang and damage of qi.The corresponding treatments are nourishing yin,warming yang and replenishing qi to invigorate the spleen.HE also believes recuperate spleen and stomach are good not stomach cure stomach,and must reconcile the five internal organs heal the disease.In clinical,give full consideration to the physiological characteristics of children with temporary permits,rational election party drug,combination of frigotherapy and pyretotherapy,subtraction with the disease,and focus on a holistic approach,curative effect is obvious.Fully demonstrated the Professor WANG’s clinical thinking of changed the thoughts of therapy with the change of desease.
